Community Farmers Markets Of South Florida started is May 2011. It was started by vendors who wanted to have a successful farmers market in the area in which they lived. They wanted to give both vendors and customers a wonderful outdoor atmosphere to shop. They also wanted to run a market a little bit differently than how other market were managed. This was in the sense that they were vendors. Running a market from a vendors point of view made them different and quite successful. Letting vendors have an opportunity to really grow their business was a big part of their philosophy. Helping vendors and guiding them in the right direction is what the company is about.
Today Gary, Jerry, and Jonathan who make up Community Farmers Markets of South Florida have quite a few farmers market throughout Broward county. The cities of Tamarac, Lauderdale-by-the-sea- and Fort Lauderdale welcomed these gentleman and are pleased to have a market in their city managed by this company. Most of the businesses that are in their family of vendors participate in all of the markets that they manage. All of the markets are on city property , most being in a park. This brings a good relationship to both Community Farmers Markets of South Florida and the cities in which they have a market. Having the city being a part of the market makes it great for the residents and the surrounding area. All the cities are pleased to highlight the fact that they do have a farmers market and it is for their residences.
